She's a Butterfly

It seems like yesterday but it's been more than a year and still, I'm not able to get her out of my brain. I'm not even sure why. I mean what she did to me, I should have been hating her till my last breath but here I am still thinking about her. I tried my best to pretend that I hate her and act like I don't care but in this one year there was not a single day where my heart & brain didn't try their best to remind me of her.
is it love? I always ask myself this question but still, I don't have the answer.
my heart believes that she actually loved me but then my brains logic kicks in and raises the question
  1. If it was love why she is not here?
  2. why she never contacted me again?
  3. why she was with the other guys within just 1 week after the breakup?

She is just like a butterfly, it's her nature to fly around and even if you try your best you can never keep her to for yourself only. you always knew that and still, you refuse to accept the fact that she actually never loved you.

and I always end up asking myself that seemed so real how can someone fake love in their eyes, I mean the way she used to look at me. I would have killed anyone just to be with her and trust me I'm a completely non-violent guy just like Gandhi but still, I would have done anything to just be with her, see her for a little longer, touch her, kiss her.

Now after one year, things have changed, but still somewhere deep down in my heart I believe that whatever we had was true and one day she will call me but the only fear I have is

how am I going respond?

Be Nice to Your Parents. Otherwise, They Can Legally Throw You Out of the House

Delhi High Court in the recent case of alcoholic former policeman has ruled out Children who abuse their parents while staying with them in their house can be evicted from the property,

"As long as the parents have the legal possession of the property, they can evict their abusive adult children," the court said, adding that even the "courts have repeatedly acknowledged the right of senior citizens or parents to live peacefully and with dignity".

The alcoholic former policeman, whose services were terminated from Delhi Police, had raised the point of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 under which in case of parental abuse, no eviction order could be passed

But the Honorable court interpreted the provisions of the Act and said the

"senior citizens' maintenance tribunal can issue eviction order to ensure that senior citizens live peacefully in their house without being forced to accommodate a son who physically assaults and mentally harasses them or threatens them".

In its 51-page judgment, the court noted that eviction of adult children from the property was necessary in certain cases like the present one, to ensure a normal life for senior citizens.
The court, consequently, directed the Delhi government to amend its rules and formulate an action plan to protect the peace of senior citizens.

The court stated "the Act, 2007, among other remedies, provides for eviction of adult children in cases of parental abuse, like in the present case," and asked the SDM concerned and SHO, police station Civil lines, to ensure that the sons were evicted from the house immediately.

Jat Stir May Turn Violente With Their Ill-logical Demand - Read The Complete Story

The Jat Reservation Agitation was a series of protests in February 2016 by Jat people of North India, especially those in the state of Haryana, which "paralyzed the State for 10 days. The protesters sought inclusion of their caste in the Other Backward Class (OBC) category, which would make them eligible for affirmative action benefits. Besides Haryana, the protests also spread to the neighboring states, such as Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and also the National Capital Region and now they are back again Post-BJP’S win in the Uttar Pradesh, including in Jat-dominated areas, it's believed to have weakened Haryana’s Jat agitation, though plans for the March 20 Delhi march are still on. The Jat leadership would aim at keeping the protests alive as its serves a political purpose towards the next Assembly election. The leaders of the agitation had repeatedly asked the community to “wait until March 11 for everything to become clear”, and had hardly expected that large numbers of Jats in western UP voted would vote for the BJP.

All India Jat Aarakashan Sangharash Samiti (AIJASS) Yashpal Malik, who is leading the current reservation agitation, is from the UP village, and he had given a call to his community to oppose the BJP not only in western UP but also in Punjab. While the SAD-BJP alliance did lose in Punjab, Malik’s call to Jats had little to do with the defeat.
After the AIJASS call for relaunching last year’s agitation, Haryana has been witnessing dharnas in 19 districts since January 29. Now BJP leaders hope that Malik won’t able to sustain the size of the support base.

Haryana Finance Minister Captain Abhimanyu, who is also from Jat community, On the ongoing Jat agitation, said,

“The government is ready for talks but a few persons don’t want the issue to be resolved.”

The All India Jat Aarakshan Sangarsh Samiti (AIJASS) has deferred its Delhi agitation for 15 days, but the Haryana government doesn't want to take any chances and has deployed more than 12,000 cops belonging to the Haryana Police and paramilitary forces on the four national highways — NH1 (Delhi-Sonepat), NH2 (Delhi-Faridabad), NH8 (Delhi-Gurgaon) and NH10 (Delhi-Bahadurgarh/Rohtak) — that connect Haryana with the national capital.

The Jat agitators are demanding the withdrawal of all cases lodged in connection with the February 2016 quota violence in Haryana apart from the reservation in central government as well as state government jobs.

Yogi Adityanath: A Mordern Day Mad King Tughlaq

Mahant Yogi Adityanath also known as Yogi Adityanath who is better Known for his firebrand Hindutva image, the 44-year-old Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader comes from the Rajput community. He is the current Chief Minister of the state but it won’t be easy for him to maintain his ministerial post as there are many criminal charges pending in court for him and then there are few so serious criminal charges that if in future he is found guilty he might have to face the death sentence.

Below are the few Political controversies surrounded by him

  • In 2005, Adityanath led a 'purification drive' which involved the conversion of Christians to Hinduism. In one such instance, 1,800 Christians were reportedly converted to Hinduism in the town of Etah in Uttar Pradesh. He said, "I will not stop till I turn UP and India into a Hindu Rashtra (Hindu state)

  • In January 2007, an altercation occurred amidst a Hindu group and Muslims during a Muharram procession in Gorakhpur which led to the hospitalization of a young Hindu, Raj Kumar Agrahari. The District Magistrate banned Adityanath from the visit to the site as it may inflame tensions. He initially agreed but after Agrahari died, he disobeyed the magistrate and traveled to the site with a group of his followers. Adityanath started a non-violent dharna on the site. However inflammatory speeches were made and some of his followers set fire to a nearby Mazar (Muslim mausoleum). A curfew was implemented by the local police, but Adityanath broke it and was subsequently jailed under Section 151A, Sections 146, 147, 279, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. He was arrested and remanded for a fortnight, on charges of disturbing peace.  His arrest led to further unrest and several coaches of the Mumbai-bound Mumbai-Gorakhpur Godan Express were burnt, allegedly by protesting Hindu Yuva Vahini activists. The day after the arrest, the District Magistrate along with the local police chief were transferred and replaced. This was "widely perceived" as a result of "Adityanath's clout" with the Uttar Pradesh government of Mulayam Singh Yadav. The tensions soon escalated to riots across Gorakhpur leading to the burning of mosques, homes, buses and trains. After his release, Adityanath protested his jailing in the Parliament.

  • In March 2011, the documentary film Saffron War - Radicalization of Hinduism accused Adityanath of promoting communal disharmony through a Virat Hindustan rally in rural Uttar Pradesh. Adityanath shared the stage during a hate speech in which an unidentified speaker urged the Hindu audience to dig up the graves of Muslim women and rape the corpses.
  • In an undated video that surfaced on YouTube during August 2014, Adityanath, reportedly during a public speech at Azamgarh, referring to the religious conversions due to inter-religious marriages, has said, "If they take one Hindu girl, we will take 100 Muslims girls." In the same video, he continues to say, "if they kill one Hindu, there will be 100 that we" and pauses, as the gathered crowd shouts: "kill".
  • On 3 January 2016, a day after the terrorist attack on an Indian air force base in Pathankot allegedly by Pakistani terrorists, Adityanath said, "The Pathankot attack has once again proved that Satan could change for the better but Pakistan cannot"
  • Adityanath has praised the US President Donald Trump's decision to enact a ban on citizens from 7 Muslim-majority countries entering the United States and has called for India to adopt similar policies to tackle terrorism

Yogi Adityanath holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Uttarakhand is well educated with main with a bright mind but the way he use violence in the name of religion is not going to help this nation to move forward and now being in power completely it’s almost impossible to prove any criminal charges against him.

and with this article I just hope, he never gets to read this otherwise, I'll be the one who will be serving the jail sentence on his behalf (finger crossed)

This much cleavage is good cleavage? feat Swara Bhaskar & Tapsee Pannu

Have you ever given a thought How much cleavage is good cleavage?

Well, I hope not because I feel there are many other serious things you need to think and take care of but still there are many people who will do anything for money and in the gold digger game there are two new players i.e Swara Bhaskar & Tapsee Pannu

if you don't know who isSwaraa Bhaskar is I won't blame you because nobody knows her.

Recently everyone celebrated international women day but there were some girls who instead of celebration thought of spreading negative thoughts.
Watch the video

Agreed there are many flaws in this world and we need to work really hard to bring the change but first, we need to understand why do even we celebrate women's day because I personally feel it's not only about women or girls only.
it's about the people who come together to bring the change or work together with only one goal of better future.
I'm not against anybody. all I'm saying is if there is a day for celebration, celebrate it or at least appreciate the people who have supported you to bring equal rights.

this kind of video is not going to change anything at least for once try to appreciate the people who support you for the better future

Buy Khullam Khulla: Rishi Kapoor Uncensored | A Blunt Take on Bollywoods Reality

Shah Rukh Khan can thank him for Darr
Yash Chopra wanted Kapoor to play the obsessive antagonist in Darr but the actor was in no mood to play a baddie, especially since he had last made Chandni with the director. The filmmaker then offered him Sunny Deol's role. That too was rejected, for Kapoor believed he would be overshadowed by the villain who had the meatier part. Kapoor suggested the name of his Deewana co-star who he thought was "smart and capable". The rest as they say is history

Written in his own voice, this biography of actor Rishi Kapoor begins with the trademark candour people have come to associate with the man. As written by journalist Meena Iyer, the book opens with a description of the fortunes of Kapoor’s father – the legendary Raj Kapoor – at the time of Rishi’s birth, including the woman he was in love with back then: fellow actor Nargis.
from the gawky adolescent pining for his schoolteacher (Mera Naam Joker, 1970) to the naughty ninety-year-old (Kapoor and Sons, 2016), Rishi Kapoor has regaled audiences for close to fifty years. He won a National Award for his debut, became an overnight sensation with his first film as a leading man (Bobby, 1973), and carved a niche for himself with a string of romantic musical blockbusters in an era known for its angst-ridden films. He was the youth icon that is still the toast of the satellite TV circuit. The songs he lip-synced are the bread and butter of all radio stations even today. Then there was the second coming after a brief hiatus in the 1990s – as one of the finest actors in mainstream Hindi cinema with powerhouse performances in films like Do Dooni Chaar, D-Day, Agneepath and others.

Characteristically candid, Rishi Kapoor brings Punjabi brio to the writing of Khullam Khulla. This is as up close and personal a biography as any fan could have hoped for. He writes about growing up in the shadow of a legendary father, skipping school to act in Mera Naam Joker, the workings of the musical hits of the era, his streak of rotten luck with awards, an encounter with Dawood Ibrahim, his heroines (their working relationship, the gossip and the frisson that was sometimes real), his approach to his craft, his tryst with clinical depression, and more. A heart-warming afterword by Neetu Singh rounds off the warmest, most dil se biography an Indian star has ever penned.
